Sampsa Halinen was elected to St1 Nordic's Board of Directors

The Extraordinary General Meeting of St1 Nordic Oy elected on 16 August 2019 a new Board member Sampsa Halinen, Master of Science in both Economics and Engineering. Halinen, 42, has been active in the oil industry since 2002, including at Neste Corporation and most recently at Glencore PLC in London.

At the same time, the General Meeting decided to increase the number of Board members to four. Mikko Koskimies, Managing Director of eQ Asset Management Ltd, Kim Wiio, Managing Director of Mininvest Oy, and Mika Anttonen, the Principal Shareholder and Chairman of the Board of St1 Nordic Oy, will continue in the current term of St1 Nordic Oy's Board of Directors.
